Do you ship to my country?
We ship from Cyprus to 232 countries. Cyprus and Greece: Standard €4.99. Europe including the UK (49 countries): Standard €5.99. Standard shipping in both zones is free from €100. Rest of the world: from €14.99. Exceptions: we do not ship to Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Israel or the United Arab Emirates; vaporizers are not shipped to Turkey; rolling papers, filters and cones are not shipped to Italy. UK orders ship from the EU, so UK import VAT and a carrier fee may be charged on delivery. Delivery in Cyprus
How fast is delivery?
Orders placed on a working day before 12 noon (Cyprus time) are handed to the courier the same day. Cyprus and Greece: ACS Courier 1–2, Express 2–3, Standard 3–5 working days. Rest of Europe: Standard 5–10, Express 3–6, ACS Courier 2–4 working days. Other countries: Standard 7–14, Express 5–8, ACS Courier 3–6 working days. Storz & Bickel products that are not in stock in Cyprus take longer.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, in Cyprus and Greece with ACS Courier cash on delivery (€19.99, including a €5.00 cash collection fee). It is not available for all products.
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, card payment through PayPal (no PayPal account needed) and bank transfer (IBAN or Revolut tag). In Cyprus and Greece you can also pay cash on delivery with ACS Courier.
Can I order in Larnaca through Wolt?
Yes. In Larnaca you can also order selected products through Wolt.
Can I pick up my order in Larnaca?
Yes. Choose local pickup at checkout: our warehouse in Larnaca (Drosia), Monday to Friday 06:00–20:00, Saturday and Sunday 10:00–18:00 by appointment. We will message you when your order is ready. Storz & Bickel items ship from Germany and are ready for pickup 2–5 working days later.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. We only sell original brand products. Every vaporizer is an original Storz & Bickel device.
Do you sell CBD, THC or nicotine?
No. We only sell accessories: vaporizers, activated carbon filters, rolling papers, grinders, trays and storage.
Can I return a product?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customers in the EU also have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Sealed Storz & Bickel devices and accessories cannot be returned once the seal is broken. Details are in our Refund Policy. Refund Policy
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. All products are covered by the EU’s 2-year legal guarantee. All parcels are packed discreetly.
